Pratt Healthcare’s registered dietitian nutritionist will personally tailor nutrition recommendations for you. The last thing that you’ll get is a one-size-fits- all diet advise. After learning about your health history, favorite foods, eating and exercise habits, we can help you set goals and prioritize. Follow up visits will focus on maintenance and monitoring your progress.

Our nutritionist can help you with your high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, eating disorder and weight management and what to eat. We can review your lab results, understand your condition and provide education about the nutrients that affect you and create an eating plan that includes all the important nutrients that can help you manage your condition. Our nutritionist can help you read food labels so you will know what ingredients to avoid and help you find substitutions to keep your diet balanced and tasty. Fad diets may sound like the quick ticket to weight loss, but they rarely work for the long haul. Our nutritionist can help with meal planning, exercise and eating mindfully to help you reach your nutrition goals.
